We are pleased to offer our customers a guarantee live on arrival. Regardless of any shipping delay, weather delay, or box damage, we will make every effort to make it right. Saturday deliveries are excluded. To receive a refund, a picture of the bag and dead coral must be sent within 4 hours of arrival. All approved refunds are treated as credit on a future order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and do not apply towards credit. Do not dispose of the coral until contacted. Matt’s Corals reserves the right to deny any refund if these requirements are not met.
