What's Included With Our Aquarium Lease?

• 90-gallon aquarium with matching stand and canopy

• Complete filtration system and heaters

• Gravel and decorative elements

• 10–20 assorted African Cichlids (quantity based on size)

• Automatic fish feeder

Installation & Service

• Delivery and full installation of the aquarium

• Fish will be added one week after installation

• Bi-weekly maintenance service included

• Fish will be replenished as needed (reasonable loss)

• On-call support provided for reasonable service needs

Client Responsibilities

• Do not add any fish that were not provided by the leasing company

• Do not add food to the aquarium beyond what is dispensed by the automatic feeder

• Do not add any decorations or objects to the aquarium unless provided by the leasing company

• Do not perform maintenance beyond light glass cleaning using a magnetic glass cleaner


Aquarium Lease Commitment & Fees

• 12-month lease term

• $350 per month, with first and last month's payments due prior to delivery

• Relocation fees:

o $200 for relocation within the same premises

o $400 for relocation within a 30-mile radius

o Note: Aquarium must be relocated to another commercial facility; residential moves are not permitted

• Early termination fee: $750 or the remaining lease obligation—whichever is less

Payment Options & Late Fees

• First and last month’s payments may be made via ACH or credit card

• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month

• All ongoing monthly payments must be set up with autopay via credit card or ACH

• A 10% late fee will be applied to any payment that is more than 30 days past due

End of Aquarium Lease Options

1. Purchase Option

Buy out the entire aquarium package for $1,000 and continue service for $200/month.

Client becomes responsible for any fish replacement thereafter.

2. Renew Lease

Renew for another 12-month lease term under current conditions.

3. Return Option

Choose not to renew or purchase. The leasing company will remove the aquarium at no additional cost.
