The HI784-25 includes the three replacement reagents needed for the Marine Ammonia Checker HC - HI784. These high-quality reagents are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility and are clearly marked with the lot number and expiration date on each packet for traceability.

The HI784-25 are high-quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate measurements with their Marine Ammonia Checker HC. These reagents follow the colorimetric salicylate method . The reaction between ammonia, ammonium, and the reagent causes a blue-green tint in the sample. By adding the HI784A-0 Reagent A, HI784B-0, and HI784C-0 to the sample, the reaction will take place and the HI784 will determine the concentration from the color that is produced. The results will be displayed in ppm of Ammonia. These reagents are designed to be used with saltwater samples that have an expected range of 0.00 to 2.50 ppm.
