We proudly offer a Live Arrival and 48-hour guarantee on all fish and corals — even in the event of carrier delays.
While we do not offer refunds on fish, corals, or invertebrates, any approved claims will be issued as store credit. Store credit:
• Never expires
• Can be used at any time
• Applies to anything in our store

To ensure the safest possible transit, live orders ship Monday through Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis unless a specific ship date is requested in your order notes.
We do not offer Saturday delivery due to inconsistent carrier reliability — this helps us protect your livestock and your investment.
