The AquaFX HammerHead Boosted RO/DI System is a new competitor to the food chain. It has all the great features of the Octopus but with a lower price point. The differences include a compact steel bracket, rather than AquaFX traditional solid aluminum bracket. The bracket over all length (side to side) is more compact compared with the AquaFX Octopus but is deeper to accommodate all the bells and whistles. The Hammer Head is feed from the right side of the unit.
The Auto Flush Controller not only extends RO Membrane life and avoid TDS Creep to extend DI Cartridge Life automatically, it also works together with the Boost Pump and the Adjustable Flow Restrictor to allow you to achieve a 1:1 Product-to-Waste Water Ratio. The automatic flush at start up helps to eliminate TDS Creep and extends DI life. The automatic flush at shut down helps to prevent RO membrane scaling. The Auto Flush Controller also features a built-in TDS meter to allow you to monitor system performance.

* Output based on 65PSI, 77°F, 250ppm TDS water input over a 24-hour period. Lower pressure, cooler water temperature or higher TDS will reduce output. A booster pump is highly recommended if pressure is below 45 PSI.
